Unlike most other in-home and online companies who have them in a warehouse collecting dust and going out of date sometimes for years at a time. Every unit we sell is made from the very latest, up to date, state of the art technology. *We manufacture most of our equipment and filters from scratch, or have them manufactured for us from our stringent specifications. We only buy from American based suppliers normally. Those suppliers must conform to our guidelines, such as NSF certification, UL Ratings and other requirements. We use only premium national name brand components on virtually all equipment that we sell. The same people that make equipment for many other national PREMIUM brand companies, make them for us as well. For example, our premium line of control valves for almost all of our water softeners and filters are made to our stringent specifications, and feature a full 6 year warranty. The other top two control valve makers are Fleck® and Autotrol™, and we carry both of those brands as well, though they have much shorter warranties than ours, and do not have many of the latest features that ours have. Ours are made to order to be sure they match your home or water quality as well as possible. The other two valves mentioned are all the same, and often require reprogramming after extended power failures. Our control valves are pre-programmed in our American factory, and require no finicky back up batteries or reprogramming normally. We have many of the other top brand control valves as as well. So you can let us make them the way we know is best, or you can tell us what brand valve you prefer and we can provide that to you. Usually at no extra charge.
